Boating Permission Form

During Day Camp Week campers have the opportunity to participate in boating activities. During Boating time all campers must wear a Personal Flotation Device. As parents, we know you are most able to determine your child's abilities in the water, so you can select below which of these activities your child is allowed to particiapate in.
